Payment Options

We are in-network providers for most Medicare plans, and Health First Colorado. Our practice is an open-access provider for all other vision plans allowing you to utilize your benefits even if we are out-of-network. We are committed to providing the highest quality care and products to our patients and in order to maintain this level of care we do not contract with any vision plans. We will help you coordinate your benefit reimbursement. Please contact us to check your eligibility.
